Difference between bounce rate (analytics) and RR (No Response Rate CMP)

0min

Although these terms are semantically very similar, they have a very different meaning. In this article we will provide the necessary guidance to help our users distinguish between Bounce Rate and No Response Rate. Let's start with an example. User X visits your site's homepage multiple times. The first two times he leaves immediately without taking any action, but the third time he expresses his consent to the CMP. All this in the space of 30 minutes: The bounce rate on analytics is 0%: all pages were viewed in 30 minutes, this means that only one session is considered. The NRR on the other hand is 66% for the CMP: because out of 3 openings of the CMP in two the user did not perform any actions (No response), he only did so in one.
